Abstract:
Today, innovation plays an important role not only as a catalyst for the global progress of mankind, but also as an additional opportunity for commercial organizations to strengthen their position in markets of any level. This is a complex, long and resource-intensive process, which involves taking into account the maximum number of both external and internal conditions that, one way or another, can affect its results. For the implementation of commercially effective innovative projects in the field of production and organizational processes at the stage of development of an innovative project, the analysis of the internal environment of the organization plays a decisive role.
